Attendance can vary but our average is 8 – 10 people per meeting. We have a few spouses that also attend, which benefits not only their spouse, but the group in general as we come together to support each other. Meetings are casual in nature, include information on upcoming Post Polio events, as well as helpful resources. We also provide an opportunity for brief updates from each member on their recent successes and challenges. One or two speakers per year are scheduled to bring helpful information on Post Polio or just living our best life as we age. New members are always welcome!
